How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3, 6 months ahead for weddings and large events. For smaller celebrations, 4, 6 weeks notice is usually enough, but dates fill up fast, so the sooner the better.

Do you travel? What areas do you service?

Yes, we're based in Craigieburn and service events Victoria-wide. A travel fee applies and is quoted on request based on your venue location.

What's the deposit and payment structure?

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.

How many flavours can I choose?

The Intimate Cart Experience includes 2 flavours, the Signature Cart Experience includes 3, and the Coupe Tower lets you choose 1. You can mix and match across our six signature flavours: Classic, Pistachio, Limoncello, Biscoff, Bueno and Baci.

Yes, we offer Vegan Tiramisu Slabs and Gluten Free Tiramisu. Please advise of any dietary requirements or allergies when booking.

What are the minimum guest numbers?

Cart Experience, Intimate: 60, 70 guests. Cart Experience, Signature: 70, 100 guests. Coupe Tower & Slabs are available for all event sizes. Brand Activation is priced on application.

How long is the service window?

Our standard service includes a 1-hour live serve. Additional hours are available and must be booked in advance.

What's included in the Cart Experience?

Our handcrafted tiramisu cart on-site, full setup, 1-hour live serve and pack-down by our Tira-Server, decadent trays of tiramisu in your chosen flavours, and eco-friendly plates, napkins and spoons.

Can you add a personalised message?

Yes, we can pipe a personalised message on each tiramisu tray. Perfect for weddings, birthdays and milestone celebrations.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations more than 30 days before your event: deposit forfeited, no further charges. Within 30 days: 50% of total booking value is payable. Within 14 days: 100% of total booking value is payable.

Do you do brand activations?

Absolutely. Our Brand Activation package offers live, interactive tiramisu-making tailored to your brand, custom flavours, branded signage, social-ready presentation and a dedicated Tira-Server team for up to 3 hours.
