Why tiramisu cups are taking over wedding dessert tables
A few years ago, dessert at a wedding meant one cake, a long knife and a queue at the plating station. Today, couples want something guests can grab, photograph and eat in one hand, without losing the moment of a centrepiece. Tiramisu cups solve that. Each guest gets their own glass coupe of espresso-soaked sponge, mascarpone cream and cocoa, and the cups stack into a tower that doubles as your cake.
What's actually in a tiramisu cup
Our cups are built the same way our slabs are: layer of Italian sponge soaked in fresh espresso, hand-whipped mascarpone cream, dusting of Dutch cocoa, then sealed in a clear glass coupe so the layers are visible. We use the same recipe for every package, Cart, Slab or Coupe Tower, so the cup version isn't a compromise, it's the original recipe in a single serve.
Flavours follow the main menu: Classic with Marsala, Classic without alcohol, Pistachio, Limoncello, Biscoff, Bueno and Baci. For Coupe Towers we pick one flavour for the whole tower so the visual stays clean.

Tiramisu cups vs traditional wedding cake
- No plating. Guests take a cup from the tower instead of waiting on a kitchen pass.
- No allergy guesswork. Each cup is a sealed portion, easy to set aside an alcohol-free version for guests who don't drink.
- Mess-free. Glass coupe, single spoon, no melting or sliding off a plate.
- Works in any venue. No kitchen required, we set up, present, and serve.
- The moment is still there. The tower comes down like a cake cut, on camera, with the couple front and centre.
Dessert cups for catering & corporate events
Individual dessert cups also work beyond weddings, corporate activations, brand launches, end-of-year functions, milestone birthdays. Because each cup is a closed serve, they suit standing events where guests circulate. We've served coupe towers at product launches, gallery openings and intimate at-home celebrations.

How many cups do I need?
One cup per guest as the dessert course is the standard. For canapé-style events we often plan two smaller serves across the night. Coupe Tower packages start from 60 cups and scale up; for larger weddings we pair the tower with a roaming cart or a slab on the side.

Booking a coupe tower in Melbourne & Victoria
We deliver and live-serve coupe towers across Melbourne and regional Victoria. Most weddings book 3, 6 months out; corporate activations can usually be turned around in 2, 4 weeks. Use the quote tool to set guest count, flavour and venue and we'll come back with availability and a fixed price.
